I strive to make every single lesson as rewarding as possible. Every student is treated as an individual and I encourage them to help me select the music that they most want to learn.
I teach a traditional music reading based approach but I have also had great success teaching a chordal based approach that emphasizes ear training. I consider myself fluent in Classical, Jazz, Blues and Pop. My students have ranged from as young as 4 to some in their 80s.
